Individual Therapy: Children, Adolescents and Adults

Family Therapy

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), EMDR

As your therapist, my goal is to offer steady support, clear guidance, and a space where you can feel genuinely safe, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and life experiences that shape your world, and we’ll build coping skills that feel meaningful and sustainable long-term. Therapy works best when we show up as partners, so I hold a simple expectation for both of us: we work together with honesty, compassion, and intention.

I welcome clients from all walks of life—especially those navigating difficult moments, big transitions, or emotional challenges—and who are ready to take steps toward growth, healing, and clarity.

I am trained to support individuals working through trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, emotional and behavioral challenges, coping skills, and life skill development. My clinical training also includes EMDR for trauma processing, executive functioning and ADHD support, navigating relationship stress, and couples therapy. In addition, I work with transitional anxiety, career changes, family stress, parenting needs, personal development goals, and I provide play therapy for younger clients.

If you’re ready to move toward a healthier, more grounded version of yourself, I’m here to walk that path with you. My approach is rooted in empathy and patience.
